Help us share a deeper understanding of Del Rio's history and culture and show your support of our mission by becoming a sponsor. Sponsorship opportunities exist for our Free Saturday admission program(Museum Days), exhibits, annual fundraisers, unique programs, and general operations.

Not only do our sponsors provide us with key funding to continue our growth and outreach, but our sponsors also make a significant impact on our ability to continue our mission of preserving Del Rio's vast and rich history.

School Tours
($200 Minimum)
Sponsoring a school tour will help cover the costs of hosting an in person, guided tour for classrooms that otherwise don't have the budget to take field trips. Our school tours reach hundreds of students a year and provide a rich amount of information to explore the vast history of Del Rio and Val Verde County.

Spring Break at the Museum
($250 Minimum)
Sponsoring Spring Break at the Museum covers the cost of arts & crafts supplies for children during the Spring Break. Your business/organization logo will be placed on print advertising and will be placed at our arts & crafts area for attendees to see.

Movie At the Museum
($200 Minimum)
Sponsoring Movie at the Museum covers the cost of purchasing the movies and movie rights for our free summer outdoor movie series. Click HERE for the Movie at the Museum Sponsorship Package.

Dinosaur Days
($250 Minimum)
Dinosaur Day is an event were children from Del Rio and surrounding areas learn about the creatures that lived here millions of years ago. Your sponsorship will cover the cost of hosting this event for area children.

Del Rio Museum Days
($250 Minimum)
Del Rio Museum Days is one of the many ways we are working towards accessibility in all that we do. Every Saturday in July is a free admission day for Del Rio residents. Sponsoring Del Rio Museum Days is an excellent way to reach hundreds of people by covering the operating and admission costs for a day.

Cajun fest
($400 Minimum)
Cajun Fest is one of our major fundraisers held in the Spring. Enjoy crawfish, shrimp, catfish, and more! Your sponsorship would greatly contribute to the success of our event while showcasing your commitment to preserving history and fostering community engagement. Oktoberfest
($400 Minimum)
Okoberfest is one of our major fundraisers held in the Fall. Enjoy all you can eat sausages, sauerkraut, and more! Your sponsorship will not only showcase your commitment to supporting local initiatives, but will also align your brand with a worthwhile cause, there by enhancing your community presence and goodwill.

Living History Days
($250 Minimum)
Living History Days are a 2 day event where students and children from Del Rio and surrounding areas learn about and see how people lived in the early years of Del Rio. Presenters such as the Texas Camel Corp and Lipan Apache Band of Texas attend the event. Your sponsorship will cover the cost of hosting this event for area children.

Christmas at the Museum
(Minimum $250)
Christmas at the Museum is our annual food and toy drive. Food and toys collected during this event are distributed to those in need during the holiday season. Activities include taking a picture with Santa and getting a free goody bag, holiday arts and crafts, and enjoying music by a local band. Your sponsorship will make sure children get to enjoy the free arts and crafts and face painting!

Museum Lights
(Minimum $250)
Museum Lights is a multi-day event where the Museum opens its gates in the evening for the community to come in and enjoy our holiday decorations. This is a free event that includes lights, inflatables, and a snow machine! Your sponsorship of Museum Lights keeps this great family friendly event a free event.
